Compare 3 shirts/brands

I bought three shirts to compare: Fruit Of The Loom 5.6 oz Heavy Cotton Long Sleeve T-Shirt 4930, Hanes Adult Tagless Long Sleeve Tee and Gildan Men's G240 Ultra Cotton Long sleeve t-shirt. Here's what I found: To give you an idea of how the fit described would look on you, I'm 6ft 1in, weigh 190lbs and am wearing a dress with 35 inch shirt sleeves. I bought the "large" size for all three shirts. I love all three shirts for quality and comfort, with small differences in each that might make a difference for you. Fruit of the Loom - I bought the black one and it's definitely black. The fabric is the heaviest (thick but also a bit stiff) of the three shirts. It fits like an Under Armor shirt, i.e. a sports shirt: the sleeves are narrow and the chest is tight-fitting. The sleeves are long enough to reach the wrists without tugging. Hanes Adult's Long Sleeve Tagless T-Shirt (This Shirt) - Black is slightly closer to Navy. The fabric is lighter but not flimsy and soft. There's a little more room in the body and sleeves; It feels tight, but not tight. The sleeves are long enough to reach the wrists without tugging. Gildan G240 Ultra Cotton Men's Long Sleeve T-Shirt - I bought Heather and was surprised that it was slightly bluish; I was expecting grey. The fabric is similar to Hanes - light and soft. There is some extra fabric in the middle, but this is not a tent. The sleeves are long enough to reach the wrists without pulling up. I was hesitant to buy this unknown brand until I realized the shirt I've been wearing for about 6 years was Gildan. It holds up really well so I tried this one.
