It's hard to find a good Twin XL flannel sheet with deep pockets. I saw these sheets online and liked the templates they suggested. I chose a house very light in color and with a wonderful pattern. However, the material of this sheet is not of very good quality. I washed them first (of course) and my lint trap was loaded with thick "fluffy" stuff. When I took them out of the dryer the sheets were fluffy. I put them on the bed and they barely fit on my mattress. This blade is designed for deep pockets up to 17 inches. My bed is 16 inches deep and this sheet doesn't fit properly. I literally had to try and stretch it from corner to corner to get the sheet to fit. The mattress does not close on one side. Also, I went to bed in black pajamas and woke up the next morning with "FLUSH" on me like I had a cat or dog. I have NO pets in my house. I will not buy these records again nor recommend them to anyone. They are very expensive and not worth the MONEY, QUALITY or DEPTH they are advertised for.
