the lower part disappears before the first strip (did not brush my teeth), and the upper image after the 7th strip with brushed teeth. I have a coffee or two every day and haven't done a set of whitening strips in ages. Last thing I tried was like a box of 24 strips and I think you were wearing them 30 minutes a day which caused me to lose track. This package was much more manageable for me. 1 hour a day for 7 days, I just wear it while working on my laptop and bang, done. I haven't had much sensitivity this round so I'll be ordering this again in 6 months so see if I can lighten up! <3
