Pug for the scales. Okay, perfect might be an overstatement, but seriously, this is the most comfortable office chair I've ever sat in, even while working in an office! It has very generous lumbar support. My husband and I usually buy lumbar supports that attach to chairs for extra support, but this chair alone gives you so much you don't need it! I also like to lean heavily on the arms of my chair when I'm sitting. These hands are the softest hands I have ever encountered. My elbows no longer get tired or sore like when I leaned on the chair's other "soft" armrests. The seat of the chair is also well padded. It's not soft memory foam, but it's not as hard as a dining room chair either. I have a very long torso and usually have postural issues because the top of the chairs isn't high enough to recline without hitting the middle of my back. causes pain. It has a nice high back, and while my head doesn't hit the right spot, the fact that there's something soft in it makes it so nice to lean on - rather than my neck just leaning back. I assembled the chair myself in 20 minutes, but I would recommend having helper arms (if possible) with hands. I know it's just a chair, but when you're working/playing/relaxing at home during a pandemic, having a comfortable chair to sit on is a big deal. was a real turning point.
