Not as advertised: Backpacks

On the plus side, I like the shoulder straps and padded back. Super comfortable to wear. The side pockets are deep enough so I don't have to worry about my phone reaching too far. My 15" laptop fits securely in the pocket provided, but a larger laptop probably won't fit. The two handles on the top of the backpack are also practical. It stands up instead of tipping over when placed on the floor, which I also like. Of the minuses - there is not much space in this backpack for storing small items. It has only two outside pockets with zippers. The small one in front isn't deep, and when my laptop charger is in it, it presses hard on the front when I reach for the larger item area. My main criticism isn't the backpack itself, so I gave it 4 stars anyway. However, I was disappointed that this backpack was advertised as a 29 liter backpack and that's why I bought it - because of the extra space, which is not the case. That's 26 liters. You have to cut the labels just to open the backpack, which I did without realizing it was a problem, so I didn't check before taking them off. Now I'm stuck with a backpack that's smaller than I wanted. I would have made a different purchase if I knew it was smaller so I'm not happy with that but overall it's a good product for the price.
