Not very strong and a part is missing

I like the concept, the strength is mediocre, a bit weak. What annoys me is that now I finally decide to install it and the same two pieces don't fit properly and I'm screwed. I had already drilled 4 holes in the fall and when I went to put this thing in I found that the right one couldn't be put in because it didn't fit the mold! And the holes are short and don't match the handles!
