You mix 1 tablespoon of instant coffee (Mount Hagen Organic Freeze-Dried Instant Ground Coffee or Ferrarra Instant Espresso are great), 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of hot water. Beat the mixture until fluffy (3-5 minutes). In a glass, add ice and your preferred milk/almond milk/oat milk etc. and pour over the frothy mixture. Instant espresso creates foam in less than 3 minutes. Before purchasing this little bead, I used a regular whisk to mix a small amount of liquid. I thought this whisk size would be perfect, and I was right. PERFECT!
