The ease of use was great for me as I started using this tool without any prior experience or training from its support team. As soon as we configured it properly to suit our needs, all my doubts were solved by them in no time at all! It's very easy and user friendly interface so you can learn how chatbots work within minutes itself. There are some minor issues which need quick attention but nothing major yet. My main focus right now has been solving customer queries through their live agents hence creating more opportunities for myself too. This works like magic when used correctly alongwith your agent skillset! Real-time conversations between customers & us have made things easier than ever before.
