A great tool if used properly . Easy setup - easy deployment

I love the simplicity of the platform, the ease of use and the ability to create a chatbot that can solve any of your customer service needs. I dislike that the platform is not as intuitive as it should be. It takes a lot of time to get to know the platform. The support is average at best. I would definitely recommend the platform, but you will need to train your team. We have been able to create a chatbot that answers all of our customer service needs. Best AI Chatbot Solution with Live Support

The ease of use was great for me as I started using this tool without any prior experience or training from its support team. As soon as we configured it properly to suit our needs, all my doubts were solved by them in no time at all! It's very easy and user friendly interface so you can learn how chatbots work within minutes itself. There are some minor issues which need quick attention but nothing major yet. My main focus right now has been solving customer queries through their live agents…
