Review on Surbo by Todd Stovall

I love the simplicity of the platform, the ease of use and the ability to create a chatbot that can solve any of your customer service needs. I dislike that the platform is not as intuitive as it should be. It takes a lot of time to get to know the platform. The support is average at best. I would definitely recommend the platform, but you will need to train your team. We have been able to create a chatbot that answers all of our customer service needs. We have been able to solve a lot of issues that the team was having with customer service. The best thing about this chatbot is its ability to understand your queries in real time and provide you the right solution for it. Sometimes it gets confused when we try to talk too much. Also sometimes it fails to understand our queries completely. But overall I would say it's an amazing product. It helps us in getting more leads and converting them into customers. We have been using this chatbot since last 3 years and it has helped us in increasing our sales by 10x times.
