Review on Fujifilm X-E3 Mirrorless Digital Camera with XF18-55mm Lens Kit - Silver by Deejay Allard

Fuji always ignored reviews and hype as the hype had all the hallmarks of wild fanaticism. Bought XE3 to test the waters. Now my a6300 is on eBay. Ergonomics is nothing short of an epiphany. JPEG is as good as they say. I shoot in RAW (primarily real estate) and dynamic range, highlight preservation and precise white balance save me HOURS in post. I also shoot portraits and lifestyle. I like 35mm 1.4. The 18-55 kit is the finest piece of mass-market consumer engineering in camera history. I like having all my controls mapped to physical watch faces. The menu system is intuitive, minimalistic and highly customizable. Everything can be learned in half a day. The IQ for photos and videos is excellent. I would take the XE3 video any day instead of a boring video as I find the colors and light/shadow curves perfect for SOOC editing. TTL with amazing Godox flashes. All barriers have been removed. I had the amazing LX100 from Canon, Nikon, Sony and Panasonic APSC/FF. This XE3 is the only one.
