Great extra storage space.
I use this in my Jeep Wrangler. I can stash my purse, dry my hands, take out grocery bags, etc. It stays tight and I've never had to tighten it since I first installed it. I still get full use of my console and it doesn't bother me. I have vents on the back of the console facing the back seat. It sits right above you and doesn't block airflow.
