I've used 101 before, so it was familiar territory for me! They were very helpful throughout every step of our incorporation process - from setting up an account to choosing stock options. The only thing they could do better is have more live chat support agents during office hours (9-5). We incorporated with them because we needed help getting started quickly and their team did not disappoint us at all once things got rolling. Their customer service has been excellent and always available via email or phone when you need assistance.
