I am using this device on a Windows 10 Surface Laptop 3. It is a new computer and for some odd reason, when I have this connected, it occasionally causes some very concerning and buggy behavior where it starts to automatically minimize windows and wont let me control the laptop. I have tested this extensively and it always goes away when I disconnect the Tablet. I'd also say that one major draw back functionally is that the drawing tablet that shows what you are actually drawing cannot be used with the computer. In other words, its pretty useless as a "dual purpose" tablet unless you are just using the sketch side for drawing outside. Would not recommend.
