In spite of Rafaella's assertions that customers will have a pleasant purchasing experience at their online store, I did not find this to be the case. The designs may be in demand, but the website itself is poorly designed, with navigation that is difficult to understand and few choices for filtering content. Additionally, there are not a lot of tangible store locations, which makes it challenging for customers to access their collections in person. And when I did eventually receive my order, the product's quality was not up to my standards, which was a source of disappointment for me. In general, Rafaella may have potential, but the company needs to make significant strides toward improving the quality of both their online and in-store purchasing experiences, as well as the products themselves, in order to live up to the standards set by their clients.
