Review on ViewSonic Elite XG350R-C UltraWide Ergonomics LED Monitor, 3440X1440P, 100Hz, Height & Swivel Adjustment, Flicker-Free, Pivot Option, LCD Display by Matt Joiner

I bought this monitor to replace individual monitors on my server. I have a laptop with the same resolution so thought it would be great. However, it appears a little fuzzy when displaying text. It could be the graphics card, I'm not sure, but I bought an NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 to run a higher resolution monitor. It's functional and gives me a better view without almost as much head turning as two displays. I just wish there was more clarity. I see a problem with gray minus signs or gray spikes in characters. It's definitely legible, but not as clean as the 4K UHD display on my Dell laptop. I don't use the monitor for gaming, only for software development and data analysis.
