So after a few days of calibrating to my liking, I was amazed at how great games and movies look on it. G-Sync works well, as does HDR (although I turned it off for realistic colors). There are no dead pixels or streaks on my screen. The speakers are loud and the sound is better than expected. The only negative I can say is that the stand takes up half of my desk making the monitor too close to me. I would recommend getting a Vesa mount so your eyeballs don't explode.

When I first upgraded to UHD resolution, I chose Viewsonic because someone told me it was good for editing. I use this monitor for Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere and After Effects. In terms of games, I play COD and other games that support UHD and I love it. The monitor size and flex are perfect, you don't even notice the flex, you just become immersed in what you're doing.

I use this monitor for work (software development) and light gaming without competition. For these purposes I find this monitor the perfect balance between performance and price. I purchased a refurbished ViewSonic monitor through Revain and had no problems. This has reduced the price significantly and so far it has been worth it.

Initially, I was wary of reviewing monitors because there are so many differences between them. Number of pixels, resolution, refresh rate, screen size, etc. I mainly use this monitor for gaming and couldn't be happier. Switching to this monitor is stunning at first. Deep blacks on an overall bright monitor and solid colors are good. It was only when I looked more closely that I discovered that most functions can be used, but not at the same time. Very deceptive. To use Freesync you need to disable HDR, and when HDR is enabled many of the expected picture settings are grayed out and not applicable. I am very satisfied with the performance of this Viewsonic monitor. For gaming the ultra wide view is just great, I can see more and even get Farcry 5 peripheral vision! For productivity it's great, I can open 3 useful windows side by side, for coding it's a big help. The color and 100Hz refresh rate are great. it even supports HDR10 High Contrast for gaming. This is my third Viewsonic and they have never let me down.

This monitor is exactly what I was looking for. I think I give it such a high rating because I bought it used at a reduced price but it was in great condition. Don't be fooled by this monitor, it doesn't match the display. 3340 x 1440p works well when G-Sync compatibility is not enabled. Once you turn it on the refresh rate drops to 60Hz. At that size this monitor looked great in the IDE, a decent font size relative to the pixelation, but once I started gaming it didn't live up to expectations. I've been using a 35 inch ultrawide monitor for a year and it's fantastic. Watching movies in cinema format on this magnificent screen is a feast for the eyes. Takes gaming to the next level. Worth every penny as they will last me at least another 4 years.

I bought this monitor to replace individual monitors on my server. I have a laptop with the same resolution so thought it would be great. However, it appears a little fuzzy when displaying text. It could be the graphics card, I'm not sure, but I bought an NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 to run a higher resolution monitor. We have gamers and Twitch/YouTube viewers at home and they/we love this ViewSonic screen. The images are some of the most vivid I've seen and the curved screen gives the feeling of being immersed in the action. Terrible picture quality, read reviews on other sites and agree with what you're seeing when testing this monitor. You will see a line crossing the center of the monitor. Color stripes in the corner of the monitor. There seems to be a latency issue. The monitor becomes blurry and out of sync with the images as you move from side to side.

Use it for sim racing and it works great! I had to remove the stand and use longer screws. Otherwise no problem. Thanks for attention!

For the price of this amazball monitor! This is my first 21:9 monitor and it changed everything. He doesn't get top marks in all areas, but I think he scores solidly. Of course some have a higher refresh rate, resolution or whatever. It also costs a lot less than these and has been great for me so far. I don't need a second one, but I would buy another one if I needed one. It's worth checking out.

Phenomenal picture and gaming setup, what more could you ask for? I've only had it a week so I'll update this review when needed, but for now I'd highly recommend it.

The Viewsonic XG350R-C is a really good monitor HOWEVER the RGB part of the monitor does NOT work with the Thermaltake RGB Plus software nor does it work with the RAZER CHROMA as advertised. I spent a few weeks emailing Viewsonic support to get this monitor to work with ThermalTake RGB Plus software. and then chorma synapse. The software will NEVER recognize it, although Viewsonic claims it is compatible. We tried TT RGB PLUS versions 1.2.7 to 1.2.9 and the monitor was never recognized. Also…

What's not to like? It's very well made with an amazingly high resolution screen. It replaced an old (5 year old) Viewsonic monitor that worked perfectly. I expect that to be the case.

The pallor of the backlight is insane, almost the entire screen is covered in blood, I'll attach a photo. I also paid for a new monitor and the one I received was clearly used as the packaging was damaged or missing, deep scratches on the stand and scratches on the back where the RGB connectors show signs of heavy wear. Buyers beware, you could end up with a very used monitor. I'll upload a photo later, for some reason it's blocking.

Solid monitor. Ideal for gaming immersion and productivity. I don't care about RGB and turn it off. I'd rather do without it and save money. Who cares about RGB on the back?
