The Viewsonic XG350R-C is a really good monitor HOWEVER the RGB part of the monitor does NOT work with the Thermaltake RGB Plus software nor does it work with the RAZER CHROMA as advertised. I spent a few weeks emailing Viewsonic support to get this monitor to work with ThermalTake RGB Plus software. and then chorma synapse. The software will NEVER recognize it, although Viewsonic claims it is compatible. We tried TT RGB PLUS versions 1.2.7 to 1.2.9 and the monitor was never recognized. Also, only one side of the RGB LEDs will work with the RAZER Visulizer. They will change color from time to time, but the monitors' RGB LEDs are out of sync with CHROMA at all. After a few weeks of trying to get this to work, ViewSonic decided there was a problem with the monitor and replaced the monitor. When I received the replacement XG350R-C, I hooked it up to my PC and it still had the same issues. The only thing the RMA did was I had to shell out $90 to ship my original monitor back to VIewsonic. They do not cover return shipping. So it cost me $90 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. In the meantime, if I had just returned the monitor when I first contacted Viewsonic, I could simply exchange it for a new one or get my money back. However, once the troubleshooting was complete, I couldn't get it back. - The RGB section of this monitor doesn't work as advertised and they know it. I sent them pictures of my hardware configuration, videos and so on. Everything else from the Thermaltake Riing Trio RGB fans to the Bitspower Reservoir RGB LEDs that I installed in my new rig is recognized and working as intended. The only thing that doesn't work is the XG350R-C monitor. As long as you don't care if the RGB part of this monitor is working properly, it's a really good monitor, especially for gaming.
