Initially, I was wary of reviewing monitors because there are so many differences between them. Number of pixels, resolution, refresh rate, screen size, etc. I mainly use this monitor for gaming and couldn't be happier. I felt it was a good deal to get a huge monitor from a premium and recommended brand that would have a huge impact on how I enjoyed content. I got it 100%. The refresh rate isn't the highest, but if you've never played on a monitor with a refresh rate higher than 200, you won't miss it. Mine was around $550 and I am very happy with the purchase. It's not cheap, but if you're looking to get into the wide monitor arena it's a great and smart place to start.
