Best turd in a bowl

Don't be fooled by this monitor, it doesn't match the display. 3340 x 1440p works well when G-Sync compatibility is not enabled. Once you turn it on the refresh rate drops to 60Hz. At that size this monitor looked great in the IDE, a decent font size relative to the pixelation, but once I started gaming it didn't live up to expectations. There was noticeable tearing and ghosting with and without GSync enabled, and with 100Hz vs. 60Hz enabled. I found a more than acceptable frame rate drop for this size compared to other resolution configurations. Overall, I like the size and image, but I couldn't capture it due to poor quality on fast-moving screens. There was no noticeable seepage. The OSD for the menus was very intuitive and easy to navigate. What I was looking for: Monitor >= 100Hz 2K/4K with <3ms response time. I spend equal amounts of time semi-professionally gaming and coding for work/hobby. I keep switching between FPS and IDE. What this monitor delivers: 100Hz without Gsync, 60Hz at 3440x1440p. Thick black frame. RGB LEDs on the back. System: i9-9900kRTX 2080-Ti.
