Don't buy if you don't value your time.

Trying to put this together was the worst experience of my life. The whole thing has to be held together with screws and plates on rails, but you can't do the first assembly steps without everything falling apart. You can't tighten the screws to hold the rails in place as any slight twist or movement will loosen the plate enough to cause the rails to rotate or completely disengage from the assembly and you have to do it all over again. That wouldn't be too bad, except that in the third step you'll need to add fasteners to the underside of the rails. This makes it impossible to use a flat surface for stability later, making the rest of the build impossible. The instructions are really detailed and clear. If it was pre-assembled it would easily get a 5* product. I wasted 2 hours of my life to achieve nothing with it. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more and get a different build or pre-assembled tray (or have someone else make one for you if their time isn't worth yours).

Pros
  • Always liked it
Cons
  • Not as good as it says it was
