This was great for travel/dining or business trips. Then, after just a few months, the part that locks the fender in place broke. It can still be used without a fender, but is slightly less durable and won't offer you any protection if your child isn't aiming. Depending on the size of the toilet rim, the strength of a larger seat is somewhat questionable.
