Out of the box, these non-stick pans work very well, and they're very easy to keep nice if you clean them immediately after using them. The longer you let them sit, the harder it will be to clean off the baked grease.This set came with a large baking sheet, and it nests perfectly with the two smaller sizes from Ninja. We put pot and pan protectors in between each sheet before stacking them to help protect the non-stick coating.We use the baking sheets the most, but the muffin and cake pans seem to work just as well. They're all rated up to 500 degrees F, but we did find that the baking sheets will warp at 450F. They return to their original form after cooling, but I wonder if this warping will damage the non-stick coating.Overall, we're happy with this set. The non-stick is pretty amazing, but it is important to clean them right away. We also hand wash all of our non-stick, so hopefully these will last us several years.
