Very good for normal to mild sole discomfort - stretchy fit, Order length not width
Fit: So they will stretch if you're like me and used to ordering half a size up , to match your foot width is not necessary. Order the actual length that fits your foot, the material is stretchy to fit wider feet. Now for the health rating: VERY GOOD. I have severe plantar soreness that is made worse by my lupus. These shoes help a lot. Not ideal for severe symptoms, but probably great for people with normal to mild sole relief. If you don't have inflammation and need preventative shoes, these are great. I will also order a pair in the right size because they are really useful. Style - I have black and they look good too.
