I received one of these and one of the stones fell out and was lost the second time I wore it. I sent it back and got a new one. I haven't worn it for a while, but when I put it on, the same thing happened the first time, the stone fell out and was lost. Sometimes you just might not be lucky. Twice with the same problem indicates a more fundamental problem. A very beautiful thing, but poorly designed.
