Good shoe for WALKING but not very stable/durable shoe for RUN
They're great for walking for hours or standing at work when you're on your feet all day as they have so much "spring" and heel support BUT they don't offer much durability. They definitely have heel cushioning, but when running (especially on gravel/mud) they don't have the durability of a Nimbus or Cumulus. If you use them for running they are definitely better on concrete as you won't slip as much as you would on dirt roads. UPDATE: After a month of use, the sides are badly worn and the tread is very worn. I might recommend these as comfortable sprinting shoes, but they are NOT durable at all. If I were to buy something again I wouldn't buy it and probably check out HOKAS. Definitely NOT worth the price you pay for it.
