I wish I had read all the reviews before buying. THERE IS a learning curve and I still haven't mastered it 100%. 1. Medium sized cards don't cut all the way through. 2. It won't cut through the thick cardboard. 3. The cutting blade easily "shreds” a small piece of cardboard. 4. You MUST insert the corners of the paper perfectly straight or your cut will be a little off and when you are done cutting the frame you will need to go back and cut. 5. The corners MUST be inserted evenly for the rounded corners to come out properly. It covers the cons. Pros: Good price and light weight. I'll probably use it from time to time, but not as often as I thought I might.
