This review is about the razor, not the cartridges: so I've been using the Fusion 5 Power (powerful Razer without the flexball) for a number of years. Fantastic climber! Great shave. I use it for body hair by the way. Sorry for TMI but. Well it finally broke. I had 10 Fusion Blades left, so I went with the latest and greatest. This is a refurbished razor. I'm disappointed. The vibration is completely reduced, resulting in a bad shave. Terrible! I think it's because the flexball and accessories dampen the vibrations. I use Gillette brand shaving cream, even changed batteries and razor cartridges thinking it was my fault. No, still the same result. I tried to contact Gillette to claim the 90 day satisfaction guarantee but was put on hold for 18 minutes after which I had to leave a voice message. No callback. We looked at the online form: They want the original UPC and the original receipt! Who's holding her! To make matters worse, Revain won't let me return it as it's been six days since the 30 day return period. Choose Fusion 5 Power instead.
