My brother, who spends a lot on his long beautiful hair because he lives in Los Angeles ($60 for a men's haircut?!?! LMAO!), left some tea tree extract for the scalp and skin - in lotion/conditioner and it worked so well I invested in (I thought) a bottle of it. However NOT the same. I tried it, the boy tingles (almost burns)! I'll keep it for the summer because it's more of a dehumidifier than a moisturizer. My hair is very short and I rinse it thoroughly, yet after a few hours I found several

For those times when your scalp needs extra care

If you're like me, you have great thick hair - congratulations! If, like me, you too have a scalp that every now and then decides it'd rather start drying and flaking for no good reason - I feel you! I have had this problem from time to time for years and have tried various remedies. (For context, I wash my hair twice a week unless more is needed, which is rare.) Last year I tried avocado oil, which didn't really help other than making my hair greasy. This year I turned to my friend. Googled it

Great for dry scalps!

I have a strange combination of enemies for my hair: if I don't use the right shampoo, my hair gets greasy very quickly, but in winter I have a very dry and painful scalp. I've started using a clarifying shampoo to get rid of any leftover hair products that are making my hair soft and then I use it very well right after rinsing. leave it for the whole shower. It feels great on the scalp - it's minty and I can feel it right after a scalp massage, in fact I can even feel it a few minutes after a…

Not parlor power. But a great product.

Liked the woman who left this for 10 minutes and her hair fell out. It is recommended to rub for 3 minutes and rinse. This product is ideal for people with seborrheic dermatitis and/or dandruff. It contains exfoliating particles. So if your scalp is NOT flaky and dry and in need of exfoliation, this product is not for you. I recommend a silicone scrub to wash away any exfoliating particles after use. The formula is a little different than what you get at the salon, but it's also a lot cheaper…

Love it Beauty and Personal Care

I love this product. I have dry, itchy scalp, especially in winter. I use it as a conditioner but I rub it into my scalp really well and leave it on for a minute or two. That's great. My scalp is much less itchy and dry, feels cool and fresh after use. It also smells nice, not too strong. I use it about 3 times a week. I've been using it for several months. I love him. That far exceeds my expectations.

I lost my hair!

I wet my hair, applied the product, washed the bathroom for 10 minutes and then took a shower. Lots of hair came out when I washed my hair. Handful. My fine hair, which I try to strengthen and nourish my scalp as fully as possible, is now even worse. Before purchasing I saw another review that said this, but due to many other positive reviews I didn't accept it. I wish I hadn't. Maybe it won't harm your hair, but it can. And I want to save you

Amazing Things With A Bug

I have seborrheic dermatitis and am struggling to find products that will not only tackle the huge dandruff on my scalp but also relieve the incessant itching. I don't really like it as a conditioner, but as a scalp treatment it's fantastic. It contains very fine crumbs that help exfoliate and exfoliate the flaky scalp and it also has a very cooling effect that completely eliminates itching. The feeling of coolness lingered on the scalp for a few hours after rinsing off, which I appreciated. My

Good for itchy scalps

I have chronically itchy scalp and have tried several products including dandruff shampoos to try to solve this problem. (Ironically, I don't have dandruff, just itching). I saw tea tree products advertised for all kinds of skin irritations so I decided to try this one - and I love it! I wash my hair with regular shampoo and apply tea tree scalp and hair products while in the shower. I massage it into my scalp, paying special attention to areas that often itch. It smells so great! And after I…
