Here is a copy of the email I sent to Reviva Labs: Hello. Regarding your 10% glycolic acid cream: I have been using this product for many years and am disappointed with your change in formula. I liked the old product. I ordered again in August and noticed that you added chemicals (like retinal palmitate), a dangerous, carcinogenic ingredient found in many sunscreens and other questionable ingredients. 2 or 3 times a week. Because of this glass, my face was covered with bulging red bumps. Is there a way to go back to your original formula? I thought you cared about the ingredients and the health of your consumers.
