I use my Fitbit all the time and the most annoying part was having to remove the watch face from the strap to put it in the original charger. Make sure it's placed in the correct orientation, then check if the charger works. When that stopped working I looked for alternatives and found this - I love the fact that I can just take the whole Fitbit off my wrist and put it in the charger. There's only one possible orientation, the orientation makes it easy to see the charging indicators on the watch face, and once charged the entire Fitbit can be removed and carried. So far so good - I've been using it for about 2 months.
