This is the fourth time in many years that I have bought a medium sized microfiber AmeriBag - I use them every day until they wear out. . Here are some pros: The AmeriBag is strong and well made, so "wear and tear" means the Velcro on the outer bag has torn through hundreds of uses and the outside has gotten too dirty; I've never broken or ripped anything on it. The microfiber version is lightweight; so it doesn't weigh as much as the alternatives if you pack a lot of heavy stuff in the bag. - I can comfortably carry it on my shoulder when I don't have a bag full of heavy items, such as B. a full bottle. On a recent trip, I used the bag as an airline's "personal item" and had so many things in it that I found it more comfortable to throw the strap diagonally across my head from one shoulder to the opposite side under my arm. . The length of the strap can be easily adjusted to suit the way the bag is carried. It has plenty of pockets and I use most of these to organize my stuff, although more zipped pockets would help. As one of the few minuses, something falls out of the small pocket opposite the strap on the outside when you hang the tote bag down; It would be better to have a way to close the bag (like a zipper or flap).
