Nintendo Wii Drive replacement and customer support

The product was as described. I actually had an issue with the first hard drive I ordered from Nextec and the customer service was fantastic! They responded quickly and refunded the money for the damaged product. I also got a replacement and the second time it was a charm. Easy to install and solve Wii drive problems. Thank you Nextec for the great service and support. I highly recommend this company.
