This was an impressive purchase for us. My little Shazta is 4 years old and has never sat in a bag-like carrier. We kept it in mobile boxes in hotels but we were never able to take it to the shops. We were nervous about spending money on it as we've never worked with it in a small, enclosed space, zipped up and mostly airborne, and we don't carry it around like a baby. We bit the bullet and made the purchase. Before I could take the stretcher out of the box and unpack it, he was already looking for a hole to get in. We were amazed at how easily he jumped in. He even lay down immediately and let us close it completely in the stretcher. I opened the end valve so he could see and he seemed fine. The next day we took him to a shoe store. Well, THAT should be a real test. My husband and I were in the store for exactly an hour and a half for shopping. Nobody knew he was there. I even went so far as to leave the bag for him at the checkout and the cashier commented on how much she liked my purse. SHE DID NOT KNOW THAT SHAZ WAS IN THE BEARER ALSO AND HE WAS 20 INCHES AWAY FROM HER! He never made a sound. This opened up a whole new world of travel for my Shaz. Shaztah weighs seven pounds and seems a perfect match. He cannot lie on his side, but he can lie on his stomach and look slightly over the side of the stroller. I've received several compliments on my "purse" and no one has any idea what valuable cargo it actually contains.
