I am writing this review because the on/off button broke completely and is almost unusable at the moment. I'm sure I won't be able to turn them on or off very soon. I hope the COMPANY sees this and offers a replacement. Update 1: The company contacted me and asked me to DELETE this review. They said they switched manufacturers and offered me $15 "as an apology". Update 2 – I replied that I would NOT delete my review, that I relied on honest and accurate reviews, mine were honest, and that I could not remotely vouch for the device if they changed manufacturers. I said I don't want your money. Update 3: I got a reply again with an offer of $30 to have my review removed. I will tell you my "removal" of this review is not for sale.
