I'm angry. I had to buy these bulbs which can't be used without my (red) Alexa hub - honestly I just wanted to buy the bat color BC! I knew it had additional benefits but had no idea how the hub worked, my point is 4-5 years old, it's rarely used because stupid Alexa can't understand me! I can use my fire remote to search and get the right results 80% of the time (which sucks compared to Siri which is never wrong), this point comes back. It's almost hilarious in the weirdest interpretations - which is why I ended up turning it off and keeping it. But I digress - this is my review of that particular "free kit" Phillip Hue bulbs - did I pay $70? So the lamps arrived first and have a shift of $20(?), then my red dot costs $49. Why didn't I get this option? Why did I only have the $70 option with or without the bulbs? I'm returning lightbulbs (meaning they're powered by my "hub" after my $49 point arrives? (According to your prices on my orders? The fine print tells you it's on a different Price affects if you are only returning a part - I resent having to buy Phillips lightbulbs - I prefer multi colored lighting in my bedroom but I used the remote control (only $15) it worked fine until the battery died - Now I get that coveted gorgeous red Alexa dot! ( This was a brilliant move with a 'limited' color because when it was almost over I was afraid to miss it ( FOMO! Revane gets it! So I'm giving these horrible reviews just because it's difficult - can't even use them with it My point - I need a Philips bridge or hub etc. I'm 58 years old, I'm not tech savvy so please if the cost n $50 per point. Do you choose this? to force you to buy those stinky lightbulbs
