Amazingly comfortable vest! The Neoprene Sauna Suit is very lightweight yet performs as expected. I've had this vest for almost a month now, and I wear it practically everyday at work. It DOES make you sweat which obviously helps me enjoy my workouts even more. The sizing chart is pretty accurate. I'm not a "big" guy, typically where a XL shirt so I ordered a Large vest. Good Fit!. The only reason I didn't rate a 5 stars is because I think the top part of the vest should be made slightly wider around the outer chest/armpit area (at least for me). I often find myself pulling on the upper part of the vest to adjust fitting: sometimes feels like a loose t-shirt on the top, rest of the vest is nice and snug. but again, amazing product, I love it.
