I am 5' 10" 200lbs. and in pretty good shape. and I bought the med and it fits very well. started tight but now has loosened up. I do have to pull it down sometimes depending on what type of workout I am doing. it definitely warms up my core and I start sweating much earlier then normal. Im 5'11 150lbs and a medium was too big for me only because i didnt want it to fit like a shirt but more like a tight tanktop that I could wear under a regular shirt. Bought this item for weight loss. Looking for that extra sweat but I wasn't sure about sizing. I went with an XL after a guy with similar stature and it fit perfectly 👌. It is snug but thats good and its long enough to cover my stomach. For me, I get the best results when I put a Hoodie on over the sauna suit.

I like the Product very much and on a 5 star scale would give it a a 4. I like of the product feels and it does its job. Only critic I have is I wish the zipper Zipped from top to bottom or the zipper was on the side. Unless wearing a Pull over or baggy cloths you can see the zipper.
