I like how they offer many services to help keep our organization compliant in all aspects of SEC Regulation D offerings (including but not limited to Form 1-A). The customer service is very good as well! They have been helpful when we've had questions about their products or what else we are able to do for us. We don't use them at this time; however if you're looking into using them - look no further than Riddle Compliance!! Their staff has helped me get set up quickly so my office can begin offering Reg D sales opportunities right away. They are very professional. I have had no issues to date. They are always responsive and helpful. Their prices are fair. I would highly recommend them. We have been working with them for over 4 years now. They are a great fit for our needs. We have not experienced any problems. It is a good partnership. They are easy to work with and provide excellent customer service.
