Review on Simply Conserve Low Flow 2.0 GPM Chrome Spoiler Pause Handheld Showerhead by AM Conservation Group, Inc. by Shannon Hanson

I chose this shower head over a 25 year old Alsons handheld shower head that was becoming brittle and cracked over time. I was able to easily remove the compensator and greatly increase the amount of water that can flow through this showerhead. A paper clip can get caught on it without causing damage. I could turn it back (I set my house's water pressure regulator to 65psi) because I rarely use it at full flow, but it's nice to have the extra capacity when I want to. While the pause feature is nice, I don't use it that often and instead control the water flow with my main shower valve. I do this because I believe that using the main water valve to restrict water flow to the shower head puts less stress on the hose. This is no blow to the hose as I think the hose supplied is good quality and length, just want it to last as long as possible. Also remember that the pause valve is not designed to shut off the flow of water completely, nor do you have to. The dripper reminds you that the shower's main valve is still on - close it before the hose ruptures and floods your house. Another reviewer mentions that the shower head doesn't stay in place. There are two things to look out for if this is an issue. First, the hose that comes with it has a rubber O-ring on one connector - it's designed to fit onto the shower head where it goes into the bracket, and the rubber insert prevents the shower head from rotating. Second, the ball joint mount can be adjusted for a tighter or looser grip. Remember this is plastic so don't over tighten. I am sorry that the product I received does not match the product image. The spray mode selector on mine works smoothly and with difficulty. Also, I did not receive a mount as shown in the photo. I had the white version of this AM Conservation Group, Inc. SH032W Just Save 2.0 GPM Low Flow Handheld Shower, White Spoiler, Pause. I use the bracket from this model and gave the shower head to my sister. I ordered and use the suction cup mount with this model and it works great. Mommy's Helper Safer Grip Portable Shower Arm Now my daughter can place her shower head anywhere in the shower - even on the glass door. I'm glad Revain is selling these now as the price is now lower than what I and Revain customer service paid. Revain would easily take care of the missing parenthesis. Edit July 9, 2017: Still using that shower head with no issues. The shower head and hose are excellent.
