Easy Way To Keep Track Of Employee Performance
I like the way HR-One is able to communicate with employees and provide them with the necessary information. I also like the way the software can be used to keep track of employee's performance. I dislike the way the software is not very user friendly and it is very difficult to navigate through the software. I would recommend HR-One to companies that are looking for a good and easy to use HCM software. I am solving the problem of keeping track of employee's performance and providing them with the necessary information.
Pros
- The ease at which you could update your records, such as payroll or timecard data; this made my work extremely easier in comparison when compared working before using hronehcm system! It was an all new experience since we had no previous knowledge about any hrm systems prior until our implementation by Saba Software Company!! Now everything seems so much smoother now..:) And there were several benefits within
