I really like the colors themselves. They are smooth and easy to blend. What I don't like is that they break. A lot of. I've had them for less than a month and already some of them are way shorter than you would reasonably expect. Sometimes the lead starts to wobble while painting. For starters if I cut my losses and sharpen it when it breaks. Only to find there were so many breaks that a quarter of the pencil was sharpened. Now I try to keep the wobbly parts as long as possible. I don't like sharpening them, although it would be more accurate as it often exposes a broken lead. I did not drop these and the package arrived safe and sound. .I just noticed the breakage as I only had to sharpen it. Having used the pencils for almost a month now they shouldn't be sent back. Given the cost of postage I could have kept the broken pins. But I won't buy them again. Too bad because when they work, they're great.
