Very tasty, I even baked with it. The only negative for me personally is probably that it makes me feel slightly bloated. But I guess I'm just sensitive. All in all this is a much better product than what you will find in the store. I bought the chocolate flavor and am very happy with the taste. I love adding it to recipes.
