I like that it has been implemented as an open system so we can add new sensors easily without any cost or support issues. Also good integration with other systems such as SAP ERP which is useful when you have many different customers in one organization. So far there isn't anything bad about this product but if your looking at adding more devices then be prepared. If you only need few devices maybe think twice before buying them because they aren't cheap! We wanted something simple where our factory could send us all their production information via mobile phones (we don;t want to install too much equipment). This solution works well and sends the right info directly into my hand through WhatsApp messages using apps available locally.
