I like that it has been implemented as an open system so we can add new sensors easily without any cost or support issues. Also good integration with other systems such as SAP ERP which is useful when you have many different customers in one organization. The ability to quickly deploy our solution in multiple locations with minimal training is one thing that I like best about this product; it's easy enough so anyone can use without any previous experience or knowledge required!
