Review on ๐Ÿ’ฆ Stay Hydrated and Perform Better: CamelBak Ultra Pro Running Hydration Vest, 34oz by Miro Dadee

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Very comfortable but could have been built better

Good for the first time. The vest is light, soft and comfortable. The mesh is breathable but I'm wondering how much warmth will the heel counter add in the summer months? I think having a plastic frame that you can attach to the back to remove the back panel from the back would be a great addition in summer and Camelbak designers should experiment with that. Second, a pocket on the back lets you slip a small hydration bladder in, so you don't have to use the small hydration bottles that come with it. Flasks themselves don't work as well as hard flasks since you can't hold them. This also allows you to free up the pockets used for water bottles, as the numerous pockets sewn all over the vest are too small to hold anything valuable like a phone. I can't even fit my iPhone 8 into the main zippered compartment. The vest itself seems to be too small. While the smaller size doesn't bother me that much, my wife does, as the bottles are placed right in front of her chest, making walking uncomfortable. You need to rethink design for women. others have said the whistle is virtually useless, being barely audible beyond 50 feet.
