Runs very small

Advertises size 30-48. Also written 30-46. The belt tag says 30-48. Well it's a joke! I have a 46th waist size. This belt doesn't reach 3/4 of the length around me. I returned it for a full refund. If you wear size 38 or smaller, don't worry. I don't know what type of tape measure the manufacturer uses, but it certainly doesn't meet the standards I've ever used.
