I like that you can connect to multiple computers at once with one account! You also have an option of using your own computer if needed as well for remote access purposes or just because its more convenient than having someone else use their laptop/computer when they're not there. Sometimes certain things do disconnect unexpectedly but overall this is great software! If anyone needs help setting up different types of connections please don't hesitate to ask questions in our chat room before purchasing so we know what type would be best suited towards each individual's usage requirements. We are able to remotely log into client laptops while working out side by sides without any issues even though some clients may need assistance connecting through VPNs which sometimes causes problems due to firewall settings etc.
