Review on Sylvania 9012SZ.PB2 9012 Silver Star zXe Halogen Headlight Bulb - Enhanced Visibility, 2 Pack by Chris Fisher

I installed these on my 2013 volt and they are brighter than stock day and night without the need to replace LEDs or HIDs. High beam will illuminate road signs a mile away. I like the white more than the blue compared to the standard orange bulbs. I gave them 4 stars because they are expensive and burn out over time and the high beam is quite narrow but that could be due to the lenses in the headlight housing. Dipped beam ensures sufficient lateral illumination and light range. Litter is something LEDs sometimes lack. And I didn't have to adjust anything, see a flicker, hear a buzz, or worry about a fan failure. So basically plug and play!
