It annoys me when people give 1 star ratings just based on taste because it's very subjective. The taste is normal in my (subjective) opinion. The taste of cookies and cream/milk is more like chocolate to me. It's very hard to find sucralose-free cookies and cream, so getting that flavor without an artificial sweetener can be difficult. I love that this product offers pure ingredients. The packaging is beautiful. It didn't feel chalky to me, but I always dilute powders with more liquid than necessary.
